Things are really moving for me now in setting up my real estate business. I’ve got almost my entire team together. I still need to get an insurance broker on board, but that will happen this coming week. I’ve got several offers on houses out there that I have a 50% chance of getting for less than 75% of fair market value. That should be good for the bank account when they close. Just yesterday, I got my first quit claim in Birmingham. It feels good to know that you can make real estate work. The quit claim isn’t money in itself, but it is really good because it gets me one step closer to totally controlling the property and selling it.
