Chris came by to see me yesterday. We dined on some Vietnamese food and talked about our Real Estate goals. We are both doing the Utah Investor mentoring program. We talked about what we want to do and where we want to be.

I told him about my goal of doing more than 12 deals this year. We looked at doing this and found that it is really possible. If I do one deal in Jan-Feb. One in March and by then I should know what I’m doing. I’ll also have finished my work with Unisource. Then I’ll definitely be full time. Then I’m expecting to do 2 deals a month from there on out. So by October, I’ll have hit my goal. The last three months are for my stretch goal of 20 deals. I’ve decided that if I can hit my goal, I’ll buy a new G35.

Chris has some good goals too. He’s going to do 6 deals by the end of the year, with 2 before he moves back to California. He’s got some commitments too, to the military. They have guns, so he should probably do what they ask. I think he’ll be able to make his goals too. He also wants to do 4 deals in LA when he gets back. With housing prices there, he should do well. I think his prize is going to be a condo in Long Beach. Cool.
