Just wanted to let anyone who cared know that I’ve been watching what I’ve been eating and I’ve lost about 5 pounds. I think this is because I’ve started keeping an eating journal. Conciously thinking about what I am eating has really helped me cut down on my snacking and to consider what I am going to eat. It also helps me see what foods make me feel bad the next day. I just turned an pocket appointment calendar from Barnes and Noble into my journal. It cost me $8 and doesn’t have cats or women in leotards on the front. Just glittery purple.
My goal was to get to 185 lbs by the end of January. This morning I weighed in at 184.6 and 22.9% body fat. Thanks Tanita!
By the end of February, I hope to drop to 180. Go me!
