Most of you know that I’m now a Mac fan. My current lust is for the new Apple G5 desktops. However, new Powerbooks are rumored to arrive any day now. It’s hard not to feel like this guy.

Oh well, just wanted to share my frustration with the rest of you. New toys… so fun.

Congratulations to me. Less than a year ago, I was nowhere on Google. My nerdy self, typed in my moniker and I came up with a big fat nothing! All I could find were a couple of old flight squadron reunions that happened to have a Harry and someone named Park in there. Now I’m officially lucky because when you type in Harry Park in google and click “I’m feeling lucky”, you get me. Now this could be an opportunity to put in a hoax type of page, but I don’t feel too many type in Harry Park to be told they have gotten a windows virus like this one (beware!!).

Just a little while ago I was 2nd, so I seem to have gone up in the past month! I realize this could be frustrating for other “Harry Park”s out there in the world. Life is unfair. Dwell on this.

Is it any wonder that an anagram of “Google” is “Ego Log”? Now I’m going to go listen to that Nelly “#1″ song…

I just used this website to setup a free conference call. It was really smooth. These people at Free Conference know what they are doing. They have 3 different accounts, one for toll-free calls which gets expensive, a free registered account where you can reserve times, and an unregistered account where you can just get a conference started at any time if its available. I used it to arrange a call between a couple people to talk about a real estate deal and it worked perfectly. The only catch to this deal is that the conference call number is likely long-distance for you. However with free and unlimited long distance, this becomes a non-issue. It has a web-based interface where you can control many aspects of the call and see who has called in. It also gives you features like muting and conducting a question and answer session call. Pretty cool stuff for nothing. Thought this would be a good tool for most business people.

I set some goals earlier this year for my fitness. Today I saw something I haven’t seen in a while on my bathroom scale. A seven in the ten’s digit. I reached 179.4 lbs this morning. I’ve really been working hard lately on watching my eating habits and exercising pretty regularly. It feels really good to have hit this milestone as I continue to see other unfamiliar digits on my scale. It’s gone slower than it probably would have had I gone on a fad diet like the Atkin’s or South Beach Diet. However, I have learned a few things and am getting stronger everyday.
